I have had 3 of my children have their wisdom teeth done here. The first two I had very great experience with. The last one not so much. She was extremely nervous, never has had any kind of surgery prior, never had an IV, and really wanted me to go back for just the prep part. I had asked the nurse if that was ok as I did my other kids and she told me because she was 18 she had to go by herself. She might be 18, but she is still a college student & very scared. Even hospitals let you go back for prep part prior to surgery’s. I’m sorry but I think that’s absolutely unnecessary.

I was greeted promptly at the appointed time. Corey carefully ensured that I was the right patient for the right procedure. The room was spotlessly clean and well organized. Dr Frey appeared promptly, explained the procedure in detail, and answered all my questions before doing anything. The preparation and the implant procedure took less than an hour. Everyone was friendly, engaging, and professional. I have complete trust and confidence in Dr Frey, his partner, and his staff.

Greater Michigan oral surgery and dental implant center, From the moment I walked in the staff was kind, caring, helpful. The nurses could tell I was really nervous to be getting my wisdom teeth out as we walked to the room. After sitting in the chair they explained everything as they went along, even gave me a blanket because I was cold. Dr. Frey was very nice and calming he came in and made me Feel at ease. I am very scared of needles, Dr Frey Gave me the IV in my hand it was the fastest smoothest IV I’ve ever had he’s a pro I couldn’t even feel him put in the IV.

This is a wonderful place for dental procedures. I am having two implants and I just cannot say enough about everyone at this office. The gals at the front desk as well as scheduling and billing are kind, courteous and friendly. Dr Frey and his assistants are equally kind and extremely knowledgeable. I have been impressed with the work received there since day one! I recommend this facility for any oral surgery.

Dr. Frey and his staff were incredible! They were extremely friendly, easy to work with, made me feel completely at ease even though I am terrified of the dentist, I didn't even feel the IV go in and did not bruise for the first time in my life! My recovery time was exactly as they said it would be and I felt very well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone!
